Refunds, Returns and Cancellation Policy

For magazine subscription, if you like to cancel/end your subscription. You can write to us on info@innovatiocuris.com, mentioning your details and we will refund you the remaining amount deducting the cost of magazine copies already sent to you. We will assure the transfer to be made within 30 days of your request.

For Conference, workshop or training programs, before purchasing tickets, carefully review your booking details. IC prohibits exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased as an overall policy. In case, if you have any queries related to the refund/return or cancellation. Delivery

For magazine subscription: Whenever you make your payment for the yearly subscription. You will start receiving the magazine within first two weeks of every quarter months (January, April, July and October). If you experience any delays or your magazine copy is damaged. Please write to us on,  info@innovatiocuris.com and we will be happy to resolve your issue.

For conferences/workshops and training programs an email confirmation will be sent to you. Your booking confirmation will be sent via an email. At the venue you might be ask to produce your photo ID or a business card to identify yourself.

 

Pricing and Other Errors

 

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of whether because of an error in a price posted on this web site or otherwise communicated to you, or you are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or presale date or you are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale, then: IC will have the right to cancel that ticket (or the order for that ticket) and refund to you the amount that you paid. This will apply regardless of whether because of human error or a transactional malfunction of this web site.

 

Cancelled/Postponed Events

 

if events are canceled or postponed by IC. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you and refund the amount as per the booking terms of the event.
